On the morning of April 19, 2018, Kevin Vicker, senior director of International Education Center of Park University (PU), and Greg Moore, associate dean of Graduate Studies in Business paid a visit to Hunan Women’s University (HWU).
The welcome meeting, held on the meeting room of the second floor of the Office Building, was hosted by Xiong Li, deputy director of the International Affairs Office of HWU. Those who attended the meeting included Gao Qinli, director of the International Affairs Office, Liao Xinyuan, dean of the Accounting Department and 6 other staff members. After a welcoming speech delivered by Director Gao Qinli, Liao Xinyuan and Greg Moore gave a brief introduction to the programs, teaching staff and students’ current status of the department and school successively. Moreover, Kevin shared with all the attendees the dual degree program for the bachelors, undergraduate-graduate joint program, teaching staff training and cooperative academic research. Both institutions exchanged their views on the details of the proposed programs. There will be large space for the cooperation between HWU and PU.
Park University, founded in 1875, is located in Parkville just northwest of Kansas City Missouri. There are more than 23000 students studying in 39 campuses.
