On March 15^th, 2016, the final competition of the First Hunan Social Work Scene Play Competition, hosted by the Civil Affairs Department of Hunan, was held in Changsha. Ten delegations from 5 universities and 5 other institutions took part in the final competition.

Two delegations of Hunan Women’s University entered the final after the preliminary competition. One delegation from the social work program of the Department of Education and Law won Second Prize due to their social work scene play Irritable Butterfly. The other, that is made up of the social workers who are supposed to support Yongding District of Zhangjiajie, Xiangxi (western Hunan) Autonomous Prefecture after graduation, won the Third Prize because of their scene play with the name of It Is Misunderstanding That Causes Trouble.

The competition, part of the activities of the 2016 Hunan International Social Work Day, has intensified the exchange and cooperation among the social work majors in the colleges and universities in Hunan, and between the universities and social work institutions, and promoted the progress of the social work institutions in Hunan.
