On Oct.28^th, 2015, the 13-student delegation headed by Ms. Long Min from the International Affairs Office returned to Hunan Women’s University (HWU) after the one-month (from Sep.29^th to Oct.27^th) short mobility tour in the National University of Malaysia (UKM). It was organized by the International Education Center of HWU and the Law Faculty of UKM.

During this month, the students not only learned Malay, Malaysia history, company law, business law, international law of the sea etc in the Law Faculty, but also learned accounting, economic management, and information technology etc in different faculties such as Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of Social Science and Humanities, Faculty of Education and Faculty of Information Science and Technology. The courses were given in English in UKM where students got involved a lot in class. Besides, we also experienced the golf course and debate competition, and joined the local students in going slipper, beanbag game and hopscotch. UKM also arranged city tours around the Petronas Twin Towers, the National Museum, the Royal Museum, Putrajaya and I-City etc. All these activities made the students get a better understanding of the educational conception, history and custom of Malaysia.

On the Cultural Night of Oct.19th, students of UKM gave a show of a multi-cultural Malaysia while students of HWU presented the Chinese culture from such five perspectives as Chinese scenery, calligraphy, opera, festival and food. Prof. Dr. Rohimi Shapiee, dean of the Law Faculty, highly praised the students for their fluent spoken English and awesome speeches and performances.

On Oct.26^th, a farewell meeting was held by Prof. Dr. Nazura Abdul Manap in the meeting room of the Law Faculty. The students shared their experience, feeling, gain and suggestion with gratitude through PPT and video presentation. In the end, Dr. Nazura expressed her appreciation of the students and issued the Certificate of Participation in the International Student Mobility Program to every student.

The students got to know a multi-ethnic & diversified Malaysia, an enthusiastic & friendly Malaysia and a Malaysia with high quality higher education through the short mobility tour in UKM. They were grateful to a lot of people and hoped that there would be more and more diversified exchange programs in HWU so that more staff and students would have more opportunities to study abroad.
