A trio including Mr. Thandabantu B. Maceo, vice president for Enrollment Management of Ursuline College, and Mr. Huang Hansheng, senior executive in charge of Chinese affairs paid a visit to Hunan Women’s University on November 4th. The two parties signed a cooperation agreement, officially announcing that they had been paired into sister colleges.

Vice president of Hunan Women’s University, Mr. Li Junbo presided at the signing ceremony and the forum in a conference room of the office building. In a warm and friendly atmosphere, President Luo Ting introduced our characteristics and achievements of running school in fluent English, extolling accomplishments obtained by Ursuline College, especially in female education, and expressing our desire to build sister-college bonds with it. Mr. Thandabantu B. Maceo and Mr. Huang Hansheng demonstrated an age-old history of Ursuline College as well as its general conditions regarding the layout of specialties and curricula, expecting a variety of cooperation programs with our school in the domain of scholar exchange and joint-training. Two president assistants, Tang Yubin and Li Yu, along with leaders and deans from diverse departments were present on this occasion. The delegation of Ursuline College was shown around our exhibition halls where the accomplishments of school running, a history of female education as well as designed costumes were displayed.
