“The 6th Annual Conference of Women’s Education Committee under Chinese Women’s Research Society & Women Innovative Talent Training and Advanced Gender Cultural Construction Seminar” was held in Guiyang from July 15 to 18, 2012, which was hosted by China Women`s University, Guizhou Province Women’s Federation and Guizhou Women Cadres School. Nearly 100 leaders, experts and scholars who are engaged in women education research and women talent training took part in this seminar, who came from kinds of Women`s Universities, Higher Universities, Women Cadres School, Party School and Departments and Units of the Group from 26 provinces, cities and municipalities of China. President Luoting of HWU, vice president Huang Lihong of HWU and Director Wangyi of HWU Office were invited to attend this seminar.

President Luo Ting, served as vice director of this committee, presided over opening ceremony and gave her ebullient speech in closing ceremony which was appointed by the seminar. She also reported the subject of “Cultural Development of Women Innovative Talent Training” at the seminar. In her report, she pointed out that we should borrow successful school-running experiences from famous universities and women`s universities at home and abroad which based on the practical needs of Chinese women innovative talent training to built campus culture of Chinese women innovative talent training, facilitate Chinese women innovative talent training and promote Chinese construction of an innovation-oriented country from this five aspects: cultivate advanced gender culture, construct good academic culture, built adaptive teaching culture, foster innovative society culture and establish people-oriented management culture. Her viewpoint has won high praise from the conferee.
