According to Announcement of Revealing Undergraduate Specialties Setting Record or Examination Result of 2012 Regular Higher Education Institutions Issued by the Ministry of Education (JG No.4[2013]),  five undergraduate specialties applied by Hunan Women’s University (HWU) i.e. Home Economics, Logistics Management, Electronic Commerce, Hotel Management and Art of Broadcasting & Hosting have been approved by Ministry of Education, and their categories of the degree awarded are respectively Law, Management, Management, Management and Art. In 2013, HWU will start to enroll students majoring in these five specialties. These are the fourth batch of undergraduate specialties with approval after Financial Management, Preschool Education, Femaleology, Musicology and Art etc. By now, the undergraduate specialties of HWU have reached 23.
