At the beginning of the new semester (fall of 2015), the first student of HWU has arrived at the East Central University (ECU) of USA. Miss Huang Yunxuan, majoring in International Economy and Trade in the Department of Economic Management of HWU, will study and experience the American culture there for half a year. Her study marks the beginning of the substantial exchange and cooperation between both institutions after signing the cooperative agreement in 2012.
